Hello,

I am hoping some one out there might be able to help me.

I have just installed AutoCAD 2010 and I cant seem to find the location to add my own .ctb plot files.

Below is the path where the plot styles are found for AutoCAD2009.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Autodesk\ACD-A 2009\enu\Plot Styles

But in this new release there is now application data folder present.

Can some one please point me in the right direction...

Thanks

Niall.

You can find your path here:
Options>Files>Printer Support Path>Plot Style Table Search Path

It s cool,

I went into options, looked at my support file locations and I found what I was looking for.

In this release the path is different:

C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ACA 2010\enu\Plot Styles

You can also define your own path to all of your support files by modifying the paths that you see under "Options > Files" (part of the step that was mentioned by rkmcswain). For more information on this do a search for "support" under Help.

This is very handy if you need to host the support files on a network so you can share them with other users. For more information enter Options in Help and browse to the section that addresses the Options Dialog Box.
