Text Weirdness in MEP 08, Attributed Text Help Please

There is a station here that when this block is inserted the text shows as if it's justified Middle Center (which is how it is defined in the Block Atribute Manager) (See image 1). However when someone else opens it up it appears to magically slide over for some reason (see image 2)

Any thoughts on how to fix this? Is it as simple as a system variable or something in the block itself?? I am lost and after trying purges, and a bunch of things I'm about ready to cry on the job, this seems like it should be an easy fix.. I must be overlooking something, :Oops:

Make sure you both are looking at the same fonts.

I know that the Images make them look different but they are pulling the same font. I have read some other threads on this same problem on here and didn't really find a conclusive answer. I saw that the block did not have the "lock position" on, so I turned that on and I am waiting to hear if it worked or not.

It turns out that the "lock position" thing worked to solve our problem. I have read mixed results on having this work or not work, but so far it would appear that this has solved our problem this time. Thanks for lookin! :)
