Adjust TIN surface elevation by scale factor

I am converting a metric drawing to us ft in state plane. I converted the horizontal information just fine including the horizontal information of my TIN. However, Since the elevations were originally given in meters I want to adjust my TIN elevations by a scale factor. Anyone know how to do this?

Do you need to edit the surface afterwards? If not, simply display the triangles, set a scale factor for the triangles in the style (triangles tab) and then extract the triangle from the surface. Now create a new surface from these triangles.
