LDC 2009 Lockup

I am having problems with LDC 2009 locking up when you try to browse for a file. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same problem. The only for this to work is to manually load the AeccLand.dbx file before doing anything. If anyone has insight to this problem, please let me know.

the only thing I can think of is your not loading the drawing through the open drawing dialog box or your just not allowing autocad enough time to load the required files before you try and open and it's not completely loading the software before you try and access a drawing.
