Pop Up Cursor Menu in Acad2010

Back in the days of the mnu file, I had different pop up menus for Shift->Right mouse button, Ctrl->RMB, and Shift+Ctrl->RMB. Acad's Cui has a similar feature for Shift->RMB leading to the Snap menu. I have spent all morning trying to add the two other choices to no avail. The menus I wish to add are mostly different macros.
Anyone know how to customize this feature?

Have you tried importing the mnu file with the correct definitions?
Also, are you wanting to define this in the main menu, or a partial menu
