Duct system size calculator?

I'm new to MEP and I'm trying to use the Duct system size calculator to calculate my ductwork system. But It' doesn't seem to resize along the ducting. What am I missing ?

You need to add transitions along the main duct in order for MEP to know that you want size changes.
