Hi all,
I have licensed Autodesk Inventor Professional 2009 in my office.
on last Saturday, due to some problem in my windows xp, i was unable to continue my work with inventor & my system admin asked me to format the system to get rid of problems.
we got formatted the system, but when we again install Inventor, it asked only to activate the product, not showing the run product for 30 days trail.
although i have requested for the activation code online the Autodesk website on Monday 10-08-09, by giving all necessary details as serial no. of product, request code, company name and all, but till today i have not got any mail/feed back from their end.
Please let me know what to do to get activation code. we have license for two seats & also serial no. for the same.
our work is held up & management is forcing me to give output of my work, but due to non availability of software, i am unable to give any output work.
please let me know if some one have any solution for that.
