Hello, i work with precast concrete, there are more component with no costant section.
I try to make a multi shape element by follow the autoca help, but the process work only if i assign the element to one poliline.
if i try to insert the element from: -the palette -by "memberaddselected" or by "apply to beam" the result is a member whit only the first shape extruded from start to end.....
There's a trick?.. anyone knows?
Excuse me for my bad english.

Hi m.basso,
First, Welcome to AUGI and congrats on your first post. :)
Is there any way you post a picture of what you want to do or post an example drawing?

In order to ACA to know when to change shapes, it needs pline to follow to get the node at where to change the shape. I can try to take a look at it later, but I'm only on 2007, so I'm not sure I can open the file.

Sadly when I open your 2007 file that's all I get is proxy objects.
Again, you need to have a pline with multiple points to let ACA know when it's time to change shapes. These threads (http://forums.augi.com/search.php?searchid=2130211) may also help.
I did a search for "Rigid Frame" as that's what they cal it in the help menu. Let us know if any of these are even close to what you are trying to accomplish.
