i'm using LDD 2008 and i want to creat a new coordinate system, help me plz!!!

Need more info. What do you mean a new coordinate system. If you want to move your linework or survey points to a new coordinate base and datum you just move them. I'm not clear on what you mean by create a new coordinate system.

I have the same problem. I have some drawings (hundreds) that our survyors invented their own system. We cannot chaged the surveyors stuff because its been going on over 3 years. So I would like to be able to bring a sid file and some shape files that have nad 83 and utm 27 convert over to where the surveyed points are. How can I create a new coordinate system that I can assign to all the drawings and have the other stuff project right to them?

Go to
Tools --> Geographic Location --> (pick your method and your done)

Where do I find the graphic location command? Im in Civil 3D 2010! I dont know how this ended up in land desk top.

Switch your workspace to.....
"tool based Geospatial"
Click on the pull down menu called......
"Map Setup"
Then in the ribbon will appear a wiremesh globe. Click that. It's called....
"Assign"
Then just input your specified system and your off.
