Profile problems in C3d 2010

I am doing a series of cross section Profiles from Alignments all but 2 of the profile are ok.
The two that are bad will not show any of the stations between begining and end.
I have recreated the alignments and profiles several times and keep getting the same problem. I like the way 2010 handles the profiles over 2009. I can create the job in 2009 and all the profiles work, but when I bring that job into 2010 the same two profiles are bad.
I have checked all the settings in the Profile View Properties and the Edit profile Style properties, they are the same as my good one. What could make some alignments not work?

I have not seen this behavior before. Is there anyway you can post the drawing?

You may have to start over using objects and templates designed for 2010. For some reason 2010 has problems upgrading a drawing from 2009 to 2010. At least that's what I found.

What problems have you found?

I don't think I've encountered an issue yet bringing drawings forward from 2009 into 2010. But there are some things that we haven't been using yet, such as Pipe Networks.
