AutoCad Desktop 2005 Will not install

I start the install and enter the Keycode and everything the when it gets the the install it just stops and will not continue any further, the blue bar does not ever start to show at all. It does not look up it just sets there and does nothing. Task manager shows it running.

TRy copying the contents to a folder on your hard drive.
Disable all anti-anything applications and then run the installer.
