Looking For a willing Architect for Help...

Hi I am looking for an Architect who is willing to guide me. Through just emails. I am in CA working for a small firm here. However to better understand the entire process, I need some assistance.
It will just be questions and answers in Architectural Field. Putting Questions in the Forum fills up with Many Architects with Many different solutions....I just need a Mentor.
