Had a user ask me if a hatch can be attached to an area space that would represent a floor finish. I think the only way that that would be possible is if the layer A-Area-Spce and A-Area-Spce-Patt are set to print. I think what she is wanting is to represent the floor finish by just attaching a mass object to an area space. I know that by using a slab object you can represent finishes, but my firm doesn't go that far when using the AEC components (doors, glazing, and walls are about it). Is there any way to attach a property set to the area space and have a mass object attach and be representative to it? Hopefully I am describing this correctly.
