On auto cad arch. 2010 i cant open the standard tool bar with the walls doors and windows due to the fact that the build panel in the home tab isnt there anymore and i cant get it to reopen.... how do i fix it

Look at the spine of the tool palette, does it say Design or All Palettes after tool palette? If not, right click on it and choose the design palette, or all palettes.

I've got a similar problem. Yesterday, when using the tool palettes, the different palettes load properly (design, document, detailing, etc.). But today when I opened it up, it only loads the "All palettes" group. Anybody know how I can fix this?
It appears like some of the palettes just disappeared and I didn't make any changes to any settings.
