Moving Cross Section Reference Line?

Does anyone know how to move the cross section reference line? When I create my multiple section views the cross sections are aligned 2.5" offset from where they should be on the sheet. I figured out how to move the sheet annotation such as offset and elevation, but not the original ground and final ground objects.
