I have a subdivision rd that sheets water straigh over the shoulder to a swale. the swale leads to a closed system that parallels the street centerline then skews off to a outfall.
Should I create a new alignment for the entire run or should I do something to generate the pipe profile in the profile of the steet centerline as an offset?
Which ever would procedur wd be the best practice could you explain the first few steps?
