"Lables and Tables" ribbon buttons disapeared?

Under the "annotate" tab in the ribbon, my buttons for adding labels and tables has dissapeared. How do I get these buttons back in the ribbon?

Known bug AFAIK.
Switch workspaces to something else, then switch back to the Civil 3D workspace.
They should come back....

Here is a quick fix to get this back working correctly.
1. Switch over to the Home Tab
2. Close Civil 3D
3. Reopen Civil 3D
4. Switch back to the Annotate Tab
Once reopened, the Panel will display correctly. Enjoy!
The icons will disappear again if you close your Civil 3D with the Annotate Ribbon Tab active.

ebolibol, that is a long fix, do as R.K. suggests for a quick fix. In fact, you don't even have to switch to a different workspace, you can just select your current workspace and it will reload.
