*.gpdindex *.gpdtable

Does anyone know how to connect to a *.gpdtable or a *.gpdindex? These are the file types that My GIS department is using in there ArcGIS (ArcGIS 9.3.1 I think) maps. I would like to be able to import this information into AutoCAD Map 3D 2009 but I haven't found a way to do it.

Easiest thing is get them to export them to shp format. They are the personnel Geo Databases and even if you could the correct povider to data connect to them (GDAL/OGR) they would be as read only.
