How to change text properties in Attribute?

We have created title block for various sheet sizes in attributes and dwg. format.
Since drawing title for various drawing is small or big it may or may not fit in spce provided for title box text.
Sometimes drg. No also goes out of the space provided for same
How can I change the text properties without exploding the attributes?
