tags, roomnames, etc. not editable

we set up worksets for exterior walls, interior walls. We now cannot edit the room names or other tags previous inserted into the drawing prior to setting up the worksets.

How can we make them editable again?

They are probably associated with the relevant views so that they are not becoming editable when you think you have flagged them in a workset.

You have a couple of options:

1. Go to the worksets dialog and at the bottom select views be visible in the selection box then make the relevant views editable, or;

2. Go to the relevant view, immediately below the menu bar untick editable only and then select the tags that interest you and right click to get at the 'make elements editable' command.

If one of these doesn't solve the problem for you then I think you need to explain the issue in slightly greater detail.
