Hi Guys,

I'm trading up from AutoCAD r14 to ADT2005, had basic training and trying to get going with it. I'd like to create 3 and 4 light casement windows, and windows with sills showing in the 3D model view, also 6 panel doors. Can anyone offer suggestions or point me in the right direction to tutorials. I've been using ADT2005 in-built tutorials and help, but they do not offer much help in the way of setting up your own styles.

Thank you in advance.

The best place to start is to take the existing styles in ADT, copy them over to a new style name and then modify them to suit your needs. You should be able to create most of what you need using those. I haven't seen alot of really good tutorials on creating windows, most of what I've done is self taught or training from my reseller. You may want to ask your reseller if he has any pointers to help you out. and of course there's always us here in the forums :) If you can post an illustration of what you're trying to achieve in ADT I might have a windows style you could use or something close that you can start from.

I need a window style that will put a stucco pop-out around the exterior of windows and doors in a variety of sizes and profiles. I am brand new to intelligent objects. So, please don't assume I know anything.

Thank You!
