My office has started using AutoCAD 2004/05 recently. Slowly moving into it. Many projects were completed in R14. Lately, we have been receiving an error message when exiting R14 that says:
"The instruction at 0x008b3b9e" referenced memory at 0x051421f4". The memory could not be read." Could this have something to do with 2004/05? or is there a bigger problem here?
Can't figure this out-tried many attempts. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Is this applicable to Autocad R14 as well?
Thanks again

Hi
The links provided are for Autodesk 2004 based products.... have you tried installing the fix for those products, then seeing if that prevents the error occurring in the first place?
Have a good one, Mike

Thanks Mike.
Researching this further, we have found out that this is a Windows xP Service Pack 2 issue. Program works fine-however-we are waiting to get the "fix" from Microsoft.
