Is there a simpler way (vs. using a linear takeoff, which does not display a dimension until the linear segment is completed) to check a dimension on a 2D pdf?
e.g. counting doors, it may be difficult to eyeball the difference betw. 3'-0" and 3'-6" doors. In OST, you could use the tape measure tool to get a real-time check on the size of a given door, then ESC when you see what the dimension is. it seems in QTO that you must use the linear take-off tool, complete the segment, wait for the dimension to display, then delete the segment.
