Top-of Elevation for Structural Foundation Tag

I've been trying to modify the structural foundation tag to include the elevations of the structure but when I try to customize the tag, the only label available in reference to elevation is a "Bottom of" elevation and not a "Top of." Not sure what the reasoning is for leaving it out or maybe I'm just missing something. Anyone know of a way to get a "top of" elevation label into a multi-category tag so that I don't need to go around and add 2 different tags (elevation and foundation) to each instance on our plans? Thanks for the help.

Why not create a symbol that you can use for Spot Elevation annotation.
Maybe this is an alternative. We are using it in our office.
