Weird Mleader problem with text height

When I draw an Mleader the text height SHOULD be 0.06 (paperspace height) but it is drawing it at 0.08. I included my drawing as an attachment.

Can anybody figure out what is wrong?

I was able to fix the problem by renaming the current style and then create a new style with the same settings

I appears to be related to the landing distance value.

I created a few mleaders, and the height was 0.08.
I then changed the landing distance value in MLEADERSTYLE to 0.06, and the height changed.

Actually, it appears that any change to the landing distance value corrected the text height.
