Missing Station Tick marks

Not sure what I'm missing but I have looked and can't seem to figure out why the tick marks on this alignment are not showing. Any ideas?

Do you have ticks in your labels style?

Your gonna need to add it to you lable style.
Lable style composer> layout tab> create component pull down>add tick mark. You will need to create a tick mark block or barrow it from another drawing.
( for that matter you can barrow the style that works from another drawing too.

If it's in the style check for frozen layers.
