Vault 2010 Server Installation error

Hello,

one of our clients wants to install Vault 2010 Server on Windows Server 2008 64 bit.

At installation the first two components go through smoothly (ADMS System Check and Autodesk Vault 2010 (Server)), but then at the last component - English language pack this message appears:

Error 29001. Vault management error: Security Exception.

When you hit "OK" button, the complete installation rolls back.

Has anyone any idea what is causing this and/or even better, has also a solution what to do...
My resources are running pretty thing on this issue, so any help would be much appreciated.

I've got a client with the same (?) problem. Windows 2008 Server 64-bit. When installing Vault 2010 Server it appears to start installing ok, then crashes out with a message that it is not supported on 64-bit OS. It also seems to lock up IIS in 32-bit mode requiring a manual switch back to 64-bit.

Has anyone got an answer to this yet?
