I have a parcel boundary that I am labeling with parcel segement labels. In one viewport I would like to have the label in a dragged state, with an arrow pointing to the line. In another viewport, which is at a different scale, I would like the label to be attached to the parcel line. Is it possible to achieve this without setting up two different labels and freezing one in each viewport?
