Reduction Of stiffeness values

is it possible to aplly rteduction values for steel mmbers and concrete coulmns/walls.
same as programs SAP and ETABS

I don't know if there is a specific command but you can define a new material with a reduced elastic module and you have to assign it to the element which you want to reduce the stifeness.

When defining for example a concrete beam under sections dialog you can choose "Reduction of moment of inertia" for a given section.
