Complex Edit in Robot

Hi to everybody

Im trying to replicate an bar element via spiral path ( to modes steel spiral stairs) by using Complex Edit comand in Edit meny of Robot, but it loks like only works in 2D, because the translation vector does not work in Z direction.
I solved my problem by importing DXF, but im curious to know if it works in Robot.
I try to search in help for it, but i can't find anything that help mee.
Any opinion about it

I try again in my PC it not works, i really dont know why.
