Heat exchangers - ground + mechanical

We are trying to model a public building that is proposed to have a earth to air heat echanger (underground maze) as a tempering device to incoming ventilation, and a mechanical heat exchanger to transfer energy from exhausted air to the incoming supply air.

We have not been able to figure out how we can model these concepts in Ecotect to get any meaningful energy analysis of the design.

Is it possible? If so, are there any tutorials or pointers that anyone can help with.

I think Ecotect is not a good selection for your need. I suggest you choose energyplus or IES<VE>...
