My AutoCAD Mechanical has lost its Mechanical component and has become AutoCAD Classic.
How do I get the AutoCAD Mechanical component back up and running? (2007 version)

Under "menuload" is listed ACAD, CUSTOM & VAULT. I think that 'ACAD' should be 'AMACAD'.
Where should I browse to to find 'AMACAD'?

Are you just loading the wrong profile?
you should have two options under your start-->Autodesk (or whatever autoCad shows up under).. AutoCAD and AutoCAD Mechanical

Using start, Programs & selecting AutoCAD Mechanical 2007, when loaded 'AutoCAD Mechanical' shows in the blue strip at the top of the screen, but in a space below that is "AutoCAD Classic" with the only other toggle option being "3D Modeling".
When loading, "loading Mechanical modules" flashes on the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
I can't see how to get Mechanical back.

Go to your options and see what profile you have loaded.

I have installed version 2009 in the place of 2007. It has fixed this problem but still have the leader note font problem. Brenda, thank you for your response.
