Table dimensions

Has anyone ever run into the problem of the overall length dimension on the part not matching the overall length dimension in the Bill of Materials? I have adjusted the tolerance on the overall length on the table, but it doesn't seem to change. It is 1/16" different and I can't get them to match. Thanks for any help.

What version are you using?

In 2009, I think there was an issue with the cutting list length not matching if the member was cut by object, but if it was cut by line it was fine.

I am using 2010, but I never cut by object. I always use either lines or polylines to trim objects. I am upgrading to 2011 today so that might solve the issue. Thanks for the suggestion.
