Is there a working replacement for FileMon that works on Vista and Win_7 64-bit?

FileMon has been made to not run.
Process Explorer does not show file names/paths and I can't see anything else in SysInternals that does the job.

Process Explorer does not...job.

You said "Process Explorer", which is a different tool than "Process Monitor (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx)"

I originally downloaded "processmonitor.zip" (via a different link) which actually gave me Process Explorer when unzipped. :shock:
This looks like the real thing. :beer:
