Revit import into VIZ: Error

I keep getting the same error everytime I export a Revit model to a DWG file, and then link it into VIZ 4.0. It does it for every file, and it doesn't matter what template file I start with.
The attached revit file is a standard revit template with standard revit families.
Refer images. The first error is 'viz.jpg' and then followed by 'assertion.jpg', and then it bombs out.

Anyone else had any problems?

could it be that you are exporting out version 2004 dwgs? Viz4 can't read 2004 format, try r2000 or dxf.
