Closed AutoCAD in View/Edit cooridor sections now I can't see anything.

Okay I did a real boneheaded thing...While I was in View/Edit Cooridor Section... I made a change, then saved it and then went to close out the View/Edit Cooridor Section... only instead of closing the section view I closed the drawing. Now when I open the drawing and change the view to top I can't everything, even thought it is there.

Any Ideas on how to fix this?

Type PLAN and respond with World.
