I have Land Desktop 2006 on my home computer which I ran off of the company license through a VPN. I have since switched companies. Is there any easy way to change the license path so that I can operate Land Desktop off of the new companies license without re-installing the software?

Yes and no. It's easy to point the software to a new license server (http://cadpanacea.com/node/43), but I'm pretty sure it won't work because of the different serial numbers. You'll probably have to reinstall using the S/N from your new company.
