Scripter and Animator

I am trying to put together a 4D simulation but instead of the walls just appearing in the simulation I want them to build up. It appears that this can be done using the scripting and animator tools.
Could someone point to step by step instructions on how to use these tools? While I’m proficient in all other aspects of NavisWorks these two tools are a complete mystery to me and the program help isn’t much help.

The method suggested works fine for a single wall...but what if I have numerous walls?
How do i automatically "build-up" walls?
