Intersections - 0 elevation alignment & missing subassemblies

Very new to the intersection creation tool and have come across a few issues in my first attempt as follows:

1) corridors are not recognizing any curbs except the basic curb subassembly.

2) some of the alignment profiles for the curb fillets that are generated come in at a 0 elevation. If I expand the profile the geometry doesn't show up for editing to manually correct.

Any thoughts?

A little more information on #2. I deleted the hard coded PVI's from the profile and reran a generic intersection and all was good. However my intersection requires a 28' road west, 26' road south, and 24' road east & north. When I add in my lane widening before creating the intersection I get the same resultant 0 elevation profile with no geometry. When I add lane widening after the intersection creation my default 25' lane extensions truncate themselves but the internal curb fillets look ok.... still not 100%.
