How do you transfer tool palate info from 09 to 10

Well, you CAN simply copy the palette folder from the '09 directory to the '10 directory, but some of the tools may not work, and depending on how your tools are setup, you may have to check for '09 paths in the tools. The problem I found was that we have a lot of really old macros with language that doesn't work very well, and nested lisp routines that are looking for paths. I should have gone through all the palettes and rebuilt them, but instead I would fix tools as people reported errors. I thought I could weed out unused tools that way, as well as not spend a bunch of time on tool palettes. Almost as soon as I deleted what I found to be an unused tool, someone was looking for it. Go figure..
