Hi there:
This is the 3rd time I had clean-installed AutoCAD Mechanical 2011 but the bug persists and has practically rendered the program useless.
Every time I open or save a file, the program simply freezes and the "Program is Not Responding" dialog would appear. I have turned off the Aero, updated the graphics driver and added / deleted AutoCAD service Pack 1 but to no avail.
This is my system:
Win 7 64-bit
Intel i930 - at default clock speed
12 GB of RAM
NVidia 9800GT+
Incidentally, I use full Adobe Premier Creative Suite on the same machine and have not had one single issue at all.
can any one shed some light as to what I can do to eliminate this issue?
