Publisher file date & time

I am in acad 10 and the publisher when I run a multiple sheets has decided to place just any old date in there for the file. I need to fix this because it raises questions when I am coorisponding with someone about the set at 3:00 p.m. still drafting and when I send her the file is says it was saved at freaking 7:05 a.m.

Please help where does publisher get this crazy date from.
