As the project progresses, more and more annotations are created, e.g. working sections, detailed Callouts for vendor sketches, etc. These annotations appear as one complete set, by phase, where ever they are set to appear. All of the additional working annotations need to be individually Hide Annotation in View on each official CD sheet.
How can this be avoided?
Can we put our working section cuts into a different Workset and toggle them off during CD printing? Or, should we use a different Phase?
