cant open a dwg file

Hello everybody.
I cant open dwg files and if it opens autocad does not respode or it stays like frozen.
I tried changing FILEDIA to 0 but doesnt work.All files are in local drive.
I would appreciate your help.

Disconnect all your network connections (unplug the network cable and kill wifi if applicable) and try again. Any different?
