Hi !

I'm currently trying to develop a 4D model of a building for my company. So far I've managed to create a 4D animation by linking selections sets to my planning and it works quite well ! Now i'd like to link my planning to research sets and this is where the problem begin :
I've created 3 project parameters in Revit : Level, Area and Crane.
When exported to Navis, these parameters still appear in my elements properties but their values doesn't seem to follow. (when i search : Elements Crane define => no match)
It has been driving me crazy since yesterday because these are the parameters i'm planning to focus on in my research sets !!

Anybody can help ??

thanks in advance

Your email is a little confusing. I don't know if this helps but if you want to find something quick in Navisworks search, instead of making a shared parameter in Revit, fill in the comment box with some sort of identifier. Now search for that identifier in Navisworks.

Navisworks is kind of finicky to apply materials to a task. As I remember you need to click on the task first then while holding Control, click on a saved search set and 'apply selected items to task' by left clicking the task and choosing the option.

If that doesn't work, get a bunch of lego and a video camera. Your audience should be impressed either way.
