Label block for views prints # sign

I've set up my drawing using the sheet set manager and have created views which are labeled by a block called "drawing block title.dwg" This block comes from AutoCAD's Imperial.dwt. The info (view number, drawing name, and scale) displays fine on screen, and print previews fine, but when I print or plot, the viewport scale field displays ########### instead of my scale.

Can someone help?

This problem fixed itself. Needed a reboot.

have you had this problem since? what ACAD are you running? I'm having this happen too...
