additional (floating) panels in project environment

Hello,

I have built a mass family with divided surface and adaptive families instantiated. It all looks fine in mass family environment b ut when i load this facade into project file it shows me some additional (floating) panels at some of the edges. Weird!
I am using Revit Arch. 2011.

Please see attached images. One for project file when facade is loaded and showing additional panels at some of the edges, and the other one is the facade in mass family file, showing no additional panels at the edges.
