Wrong value of the areas and volumes

Hi,
I have a problem in the values ​​of area and volume of cross-sections.
Those values presented by Civil 3D are wrong.
Someone can give me some hints about what might be causing this problem?

Can you provide more information? I just checked a couple sections of mine and the C3D numbers match my hand calc's exactly. How are you getting the section areas? Do your sections have an exaggeration? Can you post a dwg with the sections?
