undo group names need to come back!

The "Undo" and "Redo" controls (toolbar button pulldowns) in 2005 are a great idea, but the way they're implemented is useless. Normal command line usage is bad, too.

The undo command used to list which command was undone. For example:


Command: u
EXPLODE GROUP
Command:
U RECTANGLE GROUP
Command:
U TRIM GROUP
Command:
U LINE GROUP
Command:
U CIRCLE GROUP
Command:
U LINE GROUP

But now, everything appears as "menu item", though "Plot" is still named. If I want to go back to the last "erase" or "line", how am I supposed to count back to that? The same sequence as above now looks like this:


Command: u
menu item GROUP
Command:
U menu item GROUP
Command: u
menu item GROUP
Command:
U menu item GROUP
Command:
U menu item GROUP
Command:
U menu item GROUP

I like the pull-downs, but the command names in the groups need to come back for the pull-downs AND the command line.

Ok, this is the weirdest thing. Every time I tried it, I got the above behavior. But now that I'm doing it one more time to get screen shots, it's not doing it anymore.

Now I just have to figure out if it's one of our routines messing it up.

Or maybe just talking about it made it go away... :)
