Open draped image in plain AutoCAD

Hello guys!

I have a TIN surface with an image draped over it, and everything is fine on my computer. Problem is, I want to send the draped image to someone who doesn't have Civil 3d, just plain, flat, standard, old school AutoCad. Is is possible to somehow convert the TIN surface with the image to an Autocad surface with the image? I tried creating a material but it never worked properly.

Is the other person running Acad 2012? If so, then have them try installing the Civil Object Enabler, and send them your unmangled C3D file (without using "Export to Autocad").
